These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bettilt India website and app. By registering an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (21 in Punjab, Haryana, and Assam)
You must be legally allowed to participate in online gambling in your state of residence
You must not be a resident of a country where our services are prohibited
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

Account Rules

One account per person, per household, per IP address
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
You must not share your account with anyone else
Bettilt reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit related bonuses
You must complete KYC verification before the first withdrawal

Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: ₹250 (₹500 for card payments)
Minimum withdrawal: ₹100
Maximum withdrawal: ₹5 lakh per transaction for standard accounts
Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit when possible
Bettilt may hold suspicious transactions for review under AML compliance

Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable
You may only activate one welcome bonus, sports or casino, not both
Bonus abuse (pattern betting, coordinated accounts) results in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure
Bonuses expire 14 days after activation unless stated otherwise
Maximum bet while an active bonus is in play: ₹500 per round (casino) or ₹1,000 per bet (sports)

Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed, no cancellation
Cash-out amounts depend on live odds and may differ from the original stake
Matches postponed more than 48 hours are voided and stakes refunded
Bettilt reserves the right to void bets placed on markets with obvious pricing errors
Maximum winnings per bet are capped in line with liability limits

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Use automated scripts, bots, or AI tools for betting or gameplay
Collude with other players to manipulate outcomes
Use VPN or proxy to access services from restricted regions
Engage in money laundering or fraud
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform

Any breach results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Liability

Bettilt is not liable for:

Losses resulting from your own gameplay decisions
Technical issues with your device, internet, or payment provider
Third-party actions (game providers, payment processors)

Our total liability is capped at the balance of your account.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first go through our support team. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Curaçao eGaming regulator, which has final authority over licensed operators.

Changes to Terms

Bettilt may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
